If your digital gift card was sent to an email address and you haven’t received it, you may request for the unique code to be resent by emailing us at hello@themelthouse.com.au with your Proof of Purchase.

Please note that our digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for a cash refund.
